June 22, 2007, Newsletter Issue #85: The Details on Getting your Las Vegas Marriage Certificate

Tip of the Week

If there is one great reason to get married in Las Vegas, its the convenience factor. For a normal couple, in almost any other city, applying for and getting your marraige license is a bureaucratic annoyance. If you are picking up your marriage certificate in Las Vegas, there is good news. The Marriage Bureau is open most of the time including holidays. The Marriage Bureau is located at 200 S. 3rd Street, 1st floor, Las Vegas, NV 89155-1603. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 (Midnight), Friday 8:00 a.m. to Sunday 12:00 (Midnight) and on holidays it is open 24 hours. This office does not issue marriage licenses to those couple who are already married, so you don't have to bother with this if you are renewing your vows. The Bureau is quite an experience for everyone with Brides in full regalia and sneaky celebrities at all hours!
