Although it is required to have at least one witness other than the Bride and Groom present at the time of a wedding ceremony in Las Vegas, there is no stipulation as to what age the witness must be.

Children, friends, and family are all considered capable and acceptable witnesses to a wedding in Las Vegas. There is also no requirement that a witness must provide identification.
